Project
The aim of the study is to prepare the Storm Water Drainage Master Plans and detailed design of the priority works in five cities: Eldoret (280 000 inhabitants – 2014), Kericho (104 000 inhabitants – 2009), Kisumu (500 000 inhabitants – 2009), Nyeri (120 000 inhabitants – 2009) and Thika. (180 000 inhabitants – 2014).
This project will protect against floods the inhabited sectors and the new areas of urban extension in these five cities.
The study will provide also to the local and national authorities reference documents such as operation and maintenance manuals for the management of the storm water drainage facilities.
Our mission
The assignment will be performed in two (2) main phases:
- Phase 1: Storm Water Drainage Master Plans and definition of the Priority works
- Phase 2: Detailed design and preparation of the tender documents for the Priority Works
